The Levi Floor Lamp reimagines the classic tree lamp through precision engineering. The central pole supports a multi-branch canopy with 72 integrated warm-white LED nodes, each positioned to create a natural, dappled light pattern reminiscent of sunlight through tree branches. The branch structure is CNC-formed from 14-gauge steel wire with precision-welded joints, ensuring consistent geometry across every unit while maintaining the organic, irregular appearance of natural tree growth.

Thermal & Structural Performance

The steel branch structure acts as a distributed passive heat sink, dissipating LED heat through the 2.0mm wire cross-section and extensive surface area. Measured LED junction temperature at maximum output: 58C (ambient 25C), well within the 75C maximum rating. The central pole and branch assembly are structurally tested to 5 lbs lateral load at the top without permanent deformation. The weighted zinc base provides a low center of gravity (4 inches from surface), ensuring stability; tilt test on 15-degree incline passed without tipping. The powder coating is cured at 180C for 20 minutes and tested per ASTM D3359 (cross-hatch adhesion, rating 4B+).

Construction & Compliance

Steel components are degreased, phosphate-treated, and powder-coated for corrosion resistance. Electrical components UL recognized. FCC certified for electromagnetic compatibility. RoHS compliant.
