RGB Arc Lighting with Precision Color Engineering

The Nova RGB Floor Lamp combines architectural arc form with full-spectrum RGB LED technology. The sweeping arc arm is CNC bent from 1-inch diameter steel tubing with a radius tolerance of +/- 0.3mm, positioning the large dome shade precisely over seating areas. The dome shade houses a 24W RGB+W LED module capable of producing 16 million colors with precise color rendering, controlled via 2.4GHz RF remote with 30-meter line-of-sight range.

Thermal & Structural Performance

The steel dome shade and aluminum arc arm act as a distributed passive heat sink, dissipating LED heat through the 1.0mm shade wall and 1.5mm arm wall. Measured LED junction temperature at maximum output: 72C (ambient 25C), within the 80C maximum rating. The weighted base provides a low center of gravity (4 inches from surface), ensuring stability; tilt test on 15-degree incline passed without tipping. The CNC bending process maintains tube roundness within 2% deformation. The powder coating is cured at 180C for 20 minutes and tested per ASTM D3359 (cross-hatch adhesion, rating 4B+). The RF receiver has -90dBm sensitivity for reliable control through walls and furniture.

Construction & Compliance

Metal components are degreased, phosphate-treated, and powder-coated for corrosion resistance. Electrical components UL recognized. FCC certified for electromagnetic compatibility (RF remote and LED driver). RoHS compliant. The polycarbonate diffuser is UV-stabilized and flame-retardant (UL 94 V-0).
